Overall a really enjoyable stay!
Very convenient beach access and shop access! Had a wonderful time and will certainly be back.
Room needs some general updates such as a new stove and less furniture in common area

Overall the condo was okay. There was things we didn’t like: floors were dirty (we wore socks or shoes the whole time), stacks of leftover tiles and broken light bulbs in bathrooms, no rugs so there was an echo(we bought a cheap one from Walmart and it did the trick). Hot water tank was very small if 2 ppl showered, there wasn’t any hot water for the rest of the crew. Blinds in living room on sliding glass door were falling off and in very bad shape at the bottom(dirty and gross). Needs updated and a new cleaning crew if you are going to charge $$$$ like that. We will look elsewhere next time.

We stayed here for a family vacation. The location is wonderful. Across the street is grocery shopping and misc shops, the deck overlooks the ocean and pool. The condo however is depreciating. The garbage disposal did not work. The microwave was held together with tape (yes, tape), the bathroom towel holder was in the middle of a patch repair with white, unpainted plaster where the towel rack once was, nail holes all over the walls were pictures once were, furniture/tables were stored in the closets, only 4 hangers for clothes in total for all 3 bedrooms. The floors were SO dirty, I spent my first day just cleaning because I couldn't take the filth. The silverware all needed to be washed before we could use it. There were no coffee filters, salt/pepper or commonly used household items. The unit was even missing one of the kitchen chairs. The area rug in the livingroom and the furniture / ottoman are filthy. We covered them with a towel to sit on them. The windows in the master bedroom are trash. Cannot even enjoy the view from the master bedroom. These need to be replaced as the seal has broken. We couldn't open the window for an ocean breeze or listen to the waves at night. Crazy how this unit is in disrepair.

Glad to see exterior was in the process of being renovated, but interior of unit is in need of same. Very worn mismatched furniture, poor window treatments, unfinished patched and moldy walls/ceilings in bathrooms. WiFi did not work upon arrival, and wasted several hours with techs until it was fixed the next morning. Lights not working at entry was reported but had no follow-up from staff that could not be fixed while awaiting part until I re-contacted them.

The rental was situated close to stores,gas station and some restaurants, good location

Our experience was not a good one. The 507 unit needs a lot of renovation. Mild was in the bathrooms, several light bulbs needed replaced, new paint for the walls, lamp in first bedroom on left is a electrocution waiting to happen, gfci outlet on balcony did not work, foors were dirty, shower head in first bathroom on left dropped continuously, commode ran continuously, and a group on the east side of the condo were highly intoxicated Thursday and Friday nights around the pool, they were loud and obnoxious with their language. The one good thing was the location close to the beach. As of the present, we do not plan to return to sunswept.

Eight of us ladies stayed here for three nights! Great views, easy walk to the beach. Condo was very roomy, yet cozy. Loved having the.three bathrooms!!

My birthday weekend getaway was wonderful. My stay on the beach with you guys were great. Close to everything and especially the beach. My condo was clean and large enough for my kids and grandkids... thanks for sharing.

Love Sunswept overall. This condo needs new furniture especially chairs in living room and mattress in master room. Room was very clean when we arrived.

We have been coming to Sunswept for many years and just feel it needs a little care. On our last day two huge roaches were found in one bedroom and living room.

Love this complex!! Room does need some inexpensive updating though. Living room rug needs replacing and king size mattress needs replacement

Great location on the beach with a nice pool! The condo could use some updates but overall satisfied. The only negative was the availability of hot water for showers, it was a problem.

Pros- great location, great view,and the management company was very helpful.

Cons - the condo was not clean. There was food on many dishes that were in the cabinets. Cabinet doors had dried on food on them. Master bedroom had mold on the ceiling and shower curtain. Microwave oven vent fell off and had to be put back on with tape. Paint was peeling off of cabinet doors. Trash can track in kitchen is broken. Air filter was very dirty and I replaced it. The unit could use some newer furniture in the living room.

The unit was dirty upon arrival, with food left on the floor, a pacifier in the track of the sliding balcony door and dirt in the door; the stove didn't work properly; there were NO dish cloths to wash dishes with, and when I asked management for some none were provided. The stove was fixed the day I reported it but the burners still didn't work properly. I paid a cleaning fee when I rented the unit, and feel that was a sham. I had to clean up after the previous renter. The Coastal Properties website advertised 30% off your next stay if you signed up for their email ads, so I signed up. Who doesn't want 30% off? When I emailed about the promotion, three times, I didn't receive a response. When I called, I was told the promotion didn't exist. I took a screen shot of it and showed management upon arrival last week, and was told they didn't know who put that out, but it wouldn't be honored. Sadly, this was my last stay with Sun Swept. The only positive: the bed in the first bedroom was comfortable. And the view from the balcony is nice, if you can overlook the open areas where it is worn out on the overhang and looks like it is going to crumble away.

My family and I stay here for our family vacation. First let me say how convenient after hours check-in is. We got to the property at 12 midnight and was able to get the key to our room. On top of that, there were carts and buggies conveniently located outside of the leasing office for our use. All of the instructions we needed for the weekend was inside of our envelope (parking passes, wifi codes, check-out instructions). We rented a 3bdr/2bath and it was amazing. We were right off the beach so the sounds of the waves were very soothing. Inside of the condo were cooking utensils so all we needed was the food! My mom was so pleased with this place and we'll definitely be back.

We had a total of 16 people and 2 other condos. Sunswept 508 was ideal for the whole family to gather. The unit was clean and was adequately supplied. Sunswept condos are a great place for family vacations. The pool and the beach were Perfect!

This condo was just what we needed for two couples and two young children. Clean with everything you need for a week. Tile floors throughout is great. No nasty carpet. Has a little wear and tear but nothing that is bothersome. Balcony is open on theee sides and very little sun making it a wonderful place to sit and read or watch the beach and pool. The Beach. I had looked forward to walking on it during the mornings but thats nearly impossible. When you get to the end of the loose sand, there is a sudden drop and then the waters edge. I am not sure if this is usual. But I didnt like it. I can say there was plenty of room for tents and umbrellas. Pool was clean and very nice.

Ive stayed in this unit before and enjoy the spaciousness of it. There were minor issues with the unit, large burner on the stove barely got hot. In the queen bedroom the ceiling fan didnt work and the cable tv would go in and out.
One of the elevators were out for most of my stay. Also, the back gate lock broke, which stopped us from making it to the beach one evening to crab hunt with the kids. That was not repaired before we left, but the gate was left open so we could access the beach the next day.
Im not a fan of the new u-turn traffic system Orange Beach has, but its not enough to keep me away. None of the things I mentioned are enough to keep me away, Im just sharing issues in case it is a big deal to someone else. The office staff is super friendly and helpful. Ive been coming to this property for 8 years and would recommend it. One of the best things about the property is that its not a major high rise, which means less tenants and equals a less crowded pool and beach area!

The unit was big with three bedrooms and three baths. That was nice. It and the condo complex is very, very basic. The satellite reception was TERRIBLE and with three kids that was really bad. We suggest getting another service. It was never good at any time. Not many extras in the kitchen (only one skillet, no can opener, half of stove didn’t work, etc). No indoor pool is a big negative when weather is bad. For the money it’s ok but not great. The location is great. I would recommend but caution that it is very basic.

Very nice and very roomy. Great beach view. Would stay here again.

The location was perfect. WalMart was literally across the road as well as several eating establishments. The condo was very nice, clean, and plenty of room for the six of us. I will definitely stay here again.

This was our 3rd stay here. Great location, clean, & very reasonably priced. Other places on the strip are newer and have more amenities, however Sunswept is small and less crowded.

Annual family beach get-together at Myrtle Beach cancelled due to hurricane -- we (5 adults) were able to find this lovely condo w/3bedrooms and 3 full baths in Orange Beach, AL -- Unit 508, Sunswept Condos. The unit was as shown on the website, clean, on the beach, pool, balcony overlooking the Gulf and close to everything. Excellent experience.

We have stayed at Sunswept for a week during the summer for over 20 years and we have always had a great experience.
