A wonderful and comfortable stay!! Location perfect, our first time stating at this location. Clean and convenient - would likely stay here again.

The property was very clean and nice. The furnishings were a little outdated but still was clean and affordable with easy access to the beach.

The location is perfect. The condo very clean and welcoming. Just wish the mattresses were more comfortable .

Rental was clean and had a great balcony and view! Coastal employees were great when we had an issue with the ice maker! Unit could use some updating ( get rid of wall paper in guest bedroom, update TVs to smart TVs) but everything was functional!

Loved the location and this condo. We are used to recliners and this unit had 2! Would love to stay here again.

Great location, awesome view from balcony, clean condo with a great pool and easy beach access. The basic necessities were there, but a few back up items would have been nice, like extra TP, trash bags, etc. but Walmart Neighborhood Market is right across the street. Good restaurants near by, nice efficient staff in office, clean, comfortable place to rest and relax.

I appreciated the fresh cost of paint, the new appliances, the kitchen stools, and the new dishesThe living room furniture is very comfortable, which is not often true of rental furniture. An upgrade on the mattress pad would be nice. The table continues to be very wobbly. We had many spills by gentle pumping of the table.

He worried about sitting in the chairs, they might break.

The location facing the beach with the patio was wonderful to sit and read or eat our meals. Just enjoyed everthing about our vacation.

This was our 2nd trip to Sunswept and won’t be our last. Love the easy access the beach. The grandkids enjoyed the pool and made many new friends.

We have stayed multiple times at Sunswept and absolutely love the location! The only downside to this year's stay was the cleanliness of the Condo. The Master Bath smelled of old urine and the smell would never go away. I even bought cleaning supplies and cleaned it without any improvement. I also found a pill on the floor in the living room that looked like it had been there for awhile. We don't take meds so we know for sure it was not ours. I have small children so that made me very nervous! The balcony also did not look like it had been cleaned from the previous visitors. There was a green, sticky substance on the table and the balcony floor was sticky and slimy.

Only thing I was not happy with is the the cancelation policy related to life threatening hospitalization.

Nice condo situated near restaurants and shopping. Very easy walk to the beach.

Great location to souvenirs, grocery, and restaurants. The pool was nice and clean everyday. The walk to the sandy beach was very short and nice. There are some upgrades to the place itself that could happen, but all in all, I would stay again.

We had to make last minute reservations after the original place we were staying canceled and it was to our benefit. Great location right on the beach with ocean view and within walking distance of 2 grocery stores. Be aware there is no work out room as the listing states. My only suggestion for an update would be curved shower rods..the shower curtain kept sticking to me. I would be cautious with small children because it seemed like every surface is glass and the walls are all mirrors. The dryer wasn't working but they called us in advance to warn us so that was helpful!

Condo is well maintained. Enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Enjoyed our stay until Hurricane Delta caused us to leave 3 days early. Better safe than sorry. Loved the condo & its location. Some of the lamps/light fixtures are missing bulbs. Patio GFI outlet would not reset. So some of the indoor power outlets did not work.

The unit was as described, but is in need of upgrading. The kitchen needed a few more items, like an ice cream scoop, and the overall unit is showing its age. No issues with checking in, however. And overall, a comfortable unit. Now, there needs to be stricter guidelines against drug use and loud parties; no one regulates this at night, so things get very loud, and people are allowed to smoke pot with nothing done about it.

We had a great visit yet again here in Orange Beach. We always love staying at Sunswept because of the location...close to everything and right on the beach!

Location of the property was great but the condo itself needed updating badly. Wasn’t very clean at all. Not sure if it’s the condo owners fault or the cleaning crew But I would not rent this property again. Very overpriced for the condition it’s in.

OLD!!! This condo building was built in the 70s and this particular condo hasn't been updated since. There is a VCR still sitting under the tv. The rug in the living room is so nasty and there are mirrors is weird!
Two chunks of concrete fell from the balcony ceiling onto the patio. Thankfully we were not sitting out there! A termite swarm made an appearance by the master bed. When I called managment, I was told to just kill them and that there wasn't anything they could do. I asked to be moved to another condo, but was told that it was not an option.
The building location however is perfect. There may be other units in the building that are updated and cleaner...just don't rent 406!

We love the location, love the two reclining chairs. But the place needs a fresh coat of paint desperately! Base boards are grungy, peeling in places. Bathroom baseboards have mildew. It smells musty all the time. the furniture in the bedroom reeks of mustiness. The kitchen was not very well furnished. Only one saucepan with a cover. about 5 teaspoons, all mismatched, and most have gone through the disposal and have rough edges. The recliners are so appreciated!!!! But a coat of paint would make our stay more pleasant!

We love staying at Sunswept Orange Beach! It offers everything we need and is always clean, peaceful, and relaxing! It is loads of fun on the beach and close to everything.

We were very satisfied with our recent stay at Sunswept 406 and look forward to staying there again. Even though the condos are older, this unit was well maintained. The location was ideal and convenient for dining and shopping. We appreciated the warm welcome and helpful information from the property managers. Overall we would give a 5 for unit 406!

We had a wonderful time as always staying here, this makes 4 years in a row. My girls have the best time.

This was my 3rd vacation at Sunswept. This condo was our least favorite. It had a number of broken items we saw as the week went on. I made a list and put with the keys as we left. I also kept a copy of that list. Now for the pool, gulf and food we have always enjoyed Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, that is why we kept coming back.

The apartment needs mug updating. The sliding class door could not be opened without a strong adult.

The lights went out in the guest bath for two days and it wasn't a light bill problem. We tried to change the bulb.

No drawer space in the guest bedroom.

Black floors in the master bath. Easily cleaned by me, just needed a good cleaning and major updates. For 2000 dollars for a week it should have been more updated and cleaner.
