Sunswept 107

The condo was clean and spacious. Being on the bottom level gave us easy access to the pool and beach. Mrs Judy in the office is very nice. We will be back!

Easily booked! I needed to change credit cards and it was no problem. The unit was clean and in the perfect area for us!

Our two-month "hibernation" surpassed any Florida beach location we frequented over 60 years of visits. We enjoyed a short sandy walk to the Gulf, a brief jaunt across the street for shopping, and our car parked at our front door. Hospitality and necessary problem-solving exhibited from the office by Cheri and Murray was appreciated. The two-bedroom was very livable. The kitchen, however, could use replenishing for both cook-ware and dining-ware. The second bathroom needs updates and improvements before we return next year. The unit 107 offered us the most satisfactory living unit in SunSwept!

I rented 705 for 3 nights. In very poor condition. Broken appliances, poorly stocked kitchen. On the second night, water was leaking from the bdrm ceiling. We had to move at 11PM. The second condo was nice but on the first floor. Never would've rented it. The main reason we wanted a condo directly on the beach was for the balcony to see the waves and water. The condo we got put in was by the pool with a group playing loud music all day. We were never offered compensation for the inconvenience of moving at 11PM. I called the office and asked if we could get a discount if we stayed there again in the spring. The woman said she would have to talk to the manager. That was 2 days ago and have not heard back from her.

Its nice we enjoy the ground condos, the grass for kids to be able to play, the beach access, the pool when the kids don't want to do the beach.

Our stay at Sunswept 107 was great! The condo is ground floor which was amazing with our kids. It's a short walk to the beach and the pool is right in front of the condo. The condo is located across the street from souvenir shops, grocery stores and ice cream. Easy walk! We'd definitely stay again!

This complex is very small and didn't feel crowded at all. I think Sunswept 107 is more updated than some of the others.

Overall we had a good experience until our second night when our condo unit, as well as all of the other first floor units, flooded. None of our stuff was damaged but I can't say the same for the owners' stuff. Sherry was able to find us a different unit that night so we evacuated and moved to the second floor. Obviously we didn't like this and thankfully we were in our condo watching basketball when it happened. Sherry also gave us a significant refund due to the issues we had. Overall the condo building is good. The pool is great and the beach is awesome!

Having teenagers, we loved being on the first level with direct beach and pool access. The condo was clean and nicely decorated with ample space for our family of 4. We were right across the street from restaurants and grocery stores, souvenir shops, etc. It was convenient having the rental office on site as well if we had questions.

While the condo was in an excellent location with amazing beach access (ground floor) it was immediately apparent that maintenance and property upkeep was the furthest thing on their mind. Upon arriving and realizing that the back glass door did not lock (leaving NO way to secure a ground floor condo) I was handed a stick and told to just wedge it in the door (not like any half-brained thief could overcome that...). In addition, the unit had roaches and several light bulbs burned out (3) and a fridge that would not stay closed without a box in front of it. In conclusion, it was blatantly obvious to my party and me that the company is solely worried about one thing... PROFITS!

Unit was clean, had exactly the space we needed, the beach was only closed one day of our stay, the location is wonderful! Several places to stock up on items just across the street. This is an older condo and is beginning to look outdated but I would definitely rent here again and plan to do so.

Our stay was less than 2 weeks after Hurricane Sally ravaged Orange Beach. Unfortunately, I had not purchased travel insurance. There was no option for a refund and the dates given to reschedule our stay were not feasible for us. The beach was scheduled to reopen the day we arrived, however beach closure was extended and we had no beach access during our stay. The pool was open but we chose to not get in, as another guest told us they had found pieces of glass in the pool. At night, the flood lights revealed many, many tiny pieces of glass glistening on the sidewalk and lawn. The condo was great... very clean and comfortable. We had some issues with the TV in the living room. We called and were told someone would be sent to look at it but no one came. Fortunately, we were eventually able to resolve the issue ourselves. The restaurants that had reopened had a limited menu, which was disappointing but very understandable, as they were just reopening. Orange Beach was still in post hurricane recovery mode. Seeing the devastation was sad. It made me feel as if our visit was intrusive to locals. Many shops were still closed so shopping was very limited. I would love to return to Sun Swept. Lesson learned regarding travel insurance!!! I will never book during Hurricane season without purchasing travel insurance.

It was nothing to do with Coastal Properties. There was a hurricane that caused a lot of damage to my vehicle. I do think that there should have been a staff member at Coastal Properties instead of putting a note on the door closed. I called the emergency number and never got a call back. Plus there was people that had windows out and no staff member to help them. But other than that we have stayed there 9 years now. Yes I do recommend this Company under normal situations.

We noticed this stay that the microwave needs replacing and the mattress has become very uncomfortable and when you are there for a week like we were, a comfy bed is a must. Other than that we love it and the folks at Coastal Properties, always so friendly & personable and take pride in taking care of their guests!

Was a great location! When we arrived we had some lights that were not working but they were very prompt about getting the maintenance man who was very friendly!

I enjoyed the area. There are few things that the rental could improve on: more comfortable mattresses and a lock for the sliding glass door. We also had to deal with the tv wifi issue on our time and getting locked out without a key to unlock the deadbolt. Other than that, it was a good time.

From the time we booked the condo unit up until the day of arrival, the staff at Coastal Properties were great to work with! They even called the morning we were arriving to let us know our unit was ready early and would not have to wait until normal check in.

We loved being on the first floor. Made it very convenient especially with small children! Our condo was very comfortable, we had plenty of room, and was very clean! The only thing we were missing were hand towels for the bathrooms. The building it self could use some updating as well. The pool was very nice...overall we would love to come back again!

Our family really enjoyed this condo. It was well equipped with everything we needed. We all thoroughly enjoyed being on ground level, mad it so convenient for our week stay going back and forth to the beach and walking across the grass to meet the rest of our family in their ground level condo. Location is right in heart of Orange Beach with grocery stores walking distance. The kind owner had approached our family to see if there was anything we needed.

The location is incredible - right in the middle of things you would need (grocery store, souvenir shop, food). The view of the ocean from the living room/bedroom is absolutely perfect. Check in was a breeze. The unit was spectacularly clean. The furniture was comfortable, the extra blankets were cozy and the BEDS felt like a DREAM!

The decor in the unit was AMAZING! We felt so at home and we had all supplies we needed. I especially love the giant sink and granite countertops - something I do not have at home!

Being on the bottom floor was perfect! It was fast/simple to step from the pool area to your fridge for refreshments.

Our patio door would basically not open the first day, but we spoke to the office and they got someone to fix it as soon as possible. They were very kind and very willing to do what they could as fast as possible to ensure we were having a good experience. Great communication and very prompt. The door works flawlessly again, too.

I especially loved being able to do laundry in our unit!

We could not have created a more magical, homey experience for our first family vacation.

The only thing in the condo that was not really well maintained was the refrigerator. It did not cool quickly and required us to use some type of a secure strap to ensure it stayed closed tightly. Once it cooled, it was fine. The furniture has a beach look and feel. Overall a great vacation.

Had a wonderful Spring Break stay at 107 Sunswept Condominiums in Orange Beach, Alabama. What a well appointed and decorated unit. While it doesn't have the views of the higher floors, it was such a plus to be able to walk straight out to the pool and the beach. The condo was very cozy and clean! We loved the furnishings and the updated kitchen. The location of Sunswept Condos is the best! You can walk to many stores and restaurants yet it is a smaller complex than many of the buildings on Orange Beach so it's quiet and calm. I will return!
