The Overall location of the property was great Plenty of Room We had 5 adults and 2 Children under 2 that stayed. Room needs updates but we were only in the room to sleep and shower The 2 twin beds need to be switched to 2 Full size beds. Seemed like wasted space for that size room Overall experience was good Not very costly, we will definitely rent again

This was a very nice place to stay. No complaints at all.

when we first arrived the hall bathroom was leaking when commode was flushed but was taken care of quickly. the sliding balcony door handle was very loose and i left a message on the counter for that to be reported. this is our 3rd time to stay in this rental and love the location and the whole complex. the old carpet had been replaced with flooring and new table, chairs and coffee table also replaced.management is always very prompt taking care of any problems. i love staying in this unit.

If you’re here for the beach, this condo is inexpensive and on the beach. The property manager was SO kind and helpful. I would 100% rent from this company again, but not this particular condo.

Appreciated some updated items like some furniture and new flooring. However, the kitchen, washer/dryer, and bathrooms need major updating. The washer and dryer are NOT equipped for a 3-bedroom condo. Also, the condo sleeps 8 but only has 4 patio chairs. Legitimately cut my hand on the rusted master bathroom sink. And overall, the condo could use some deep cleaning - questionable stains/dirt on surfaces like dresser and closet doors.

Room was clean, easily accessible. Overall a decent place. Remotes lacked batteries, toaster half worked, washer and dryer were terrible. Needs some minor attention and upkeep. Couple outlets missing covers. Still, for the price not horrible. However the facility, terrible for kids. Security constantly getting onto kids. Couldn't throw a football in the grass area, couldn't have music playing by pool at any volume. Not Coastals fault at all, just wouldn't recommend for kids that are active

I will definitely stay at this same location again in the future! Simple process, Very clean, spacious, pool is also spacious and well maintained, convenient area, with ocean view.. all staff is knowledgeable and friendly!!

i love this unit, its location, ease of parking and to the pool and beach. the manager of this property is great to work with. only negative is that this unit needs updating. mainly the carpet in the bedrooms is in terrible shape. my family has stayed here the past to summers and plan to stay again in 2024.

They went out of their way to make sure that we were very satisfied.

This condo should not be on the rental market until it has been cleaned, serviced and refurbished from top to bottom. The a/c filter was so dirty the a/c wouldn’t run more than 3 minutes, the a/c closet was full of lint and dirt, multiple lamps were missing bulbs, remotes missing batteries, furniture was dusty, missing baseboards, bathtub was dirty, glass dining table was streaked and had prints, carpet is dirty and stained, towels are stained and quite rough, a/c vent in bathroom missing cover (has a gaping hole in the ceiling), closets are crammed with an old stained pack-n-play, dirty blankets and “junk”, broken dining room chair that has been repeatedly reported to management, broken table on patio, filthy hood vent over stove, broken wall outlet covers, black mold on a/c vents. Roach was scrambling in bedroom on first night. All in all a real downer for our trip. We knew it was an older looking unit but did not expect the filth and lack of upkeep and maintenance. WiFi is spotty and weak - watching Netflix involves constant buffering. The best thing about the unit is the side view of the beach. This is a brutally honest review that I sure wish someone had submitted before our family spent our hard earned money on this unit. Management responded promptly when asked to bring light bulbs and a new a/c filter. Unfortunately the a/c still did not function properly with the clean filter and we had to remove it for the a/c to run. We have photos that are available but can't figure out how to post them here. Both the cleaning service and the management company should be fired!

Everything was exceptional

the condo was very clean. one of the twin bedbox springs was broken but management took care and got another one. needed bulbs replaced and new filter for air conditioner and that was done also. the heating and cooling thermastat was blank and not cooling condo but my husband put 2 new batteries and it worked great after that. management had someone to get the 2 tv in extra bedrooms working. there were some little things like that but management was always there and treated us great. i like the condo. so handy and the price was good. i will stay again

If you’re looking for an updated interior condo this rental is not for you. If you are like us and generally don’t care about granite counter tops because you’re plan is to mainly sleep and prepare meals in your unit, this could be for you. The view is phenomenal. The beds are ok, master bedroom mattress was fine, however only thin sheets with no mattress protector on any beds. The carpet is gross in the bedrooms and should probably be changed. Several little things like burnt out light bulbs, internet not working (we had to call service for it), dining chair broken, 4 of the 6 patio chairs broken (were told on order), huge stain in spare bedroom on carpet. It definitely needs help. But it didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay. As they say, you get what you pay for and we accepted that. Again, it can use some help, but at least the price reflects the few deficits that sometimes matter more to others. The pools were great (not heated but warm enough), the beach is phenomenal and access to it very easy. Tennis courts were nice, indoor pool was nice and very warm. Overall grounds were nice and well kept. The condo was clean when we arrived.

The room was perfect for our stay. The only thing that was a big concern was the 4 broken patio chairs, we felt like it was a hazard after one of us sat in it the seat broke it was already broke. I spoke with rental property and they knew about chairs. The chairs should be removed then! Otherwise it was a great condo.

Excellent price for this 3 bed/2bath condo. While style is dated, it is very comfortable, was clean, in a good location, with a view of the Gulf. Kitchen was well stocked (only thing we need that couldn't find was a potato peeler). Wifi didn't work as plug was broken previous to our stay. Most was made aware. Would definitely stay again!

the beach was amazing. The rental property was an unkept and disappointing experience. It started from first sight. Door stop was taped up, the lexan used to protect the walls were all broken. We had ants in kitchen. The carpet was nasty. We told office about ants and how nasty the unit was and they said and did nothing. The coffee pot was broken and the bathroom floors had not been cleaned. Really bad unit for the cost.

Unit is very dated and needs some features updated. The handle on the living room sliding balcony door was broken, twin beds were barely usable, and cleaning crew is not doing a thorough job. Grounds are beautiful and upkeep is amazing outside. Inside walls are in need of pains and furniture all needs to be replaced. For the price I expected it to be full or upgraded. Probably won’t be back.

Overall had a nice time but things definitely could have been cleaner especially during a pandemic.
The beaches were doing a great job with social distancing but the condo could do better with cleaning the common areas including the elevators.

After our reservations got canceled in Daytona due to the hurricane. We tried several places to rent. We came across this 3 bedroom condo. We booked the reservation on our way to Gulf Shores. The reservations were easy to book. It took about 2 minutes on the phone and we had our confirmation number. We ended up with a Sunday to Sunday. That was great with us cause we stopped in Auburn and spent the night and drove on in Sunday Morning. The room was very nice just as it was described. We couldn’t ask for nicer people to deal with.

We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Clean place, good location, just in bad need of updating furniture, appliances, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.

Positives: We loved the location of the room in proximity to the pool and beach. Very close walk. The property manager was helpful and pleasant .

Negatives: One working elevator that took forever. We took 6 flights of stairs most of the time. Condo was clean, but needs serious updating. We did have some broken things in the condo that were reported to management.

Nice location and great view from the balcony. I've stayed in better condos, but this was not bad, just a lot of little issues. Condo was clean, but needs updated and I don't mean in decorating although it is outdated, it needs new beds (and bed frames-the dbl beds tip when you don't lay in the middle), new shower curtains and rings that stay on the rod, and better wi-fi (it cuts out constantly). 2 of 3 elevators in the building were out of order multiple times; according to the locals it is a common issue. Condo was relatively well equipped (lots of dishes), but could use more than 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person, plastic storage containers and pot holders (there were none), as well as more than one dish towel would be great!! Building was relatively quiet when construction was not going on. Management and security were nice. Very nice grounds and pools were good.

When we walked into this unit we could immediately see it was not cleaned as it should have been. There was an open can of pop with pop still inside sitting on a window ledge, a glob of shampoo in one of the showers and we found broken crayon pieces under a rug.When trying to clean this we found the vacuum didn't work (but was still there so not sure how the carpet gets cleaned!) We found out the dishwasher was not working after running it(who knows how many times it was ran and dishes put back into the cabinet and reused). In order to open the dishwasher you had to open the stove door then only partially open the dishwasher door (not enough room to fully open). One toilet seat was hanging off the toilet and only on by 1 bolt. Stains in the carpeting in both guest rooms and bedding full of stains. The furniture and kitchen are so outdated and too much furniture in the space. So hard to move around in there. The owner needs to invest money into this unit. Screens have holes in them. A wooden rod was used to prop against the patio door to use a lock since the lock was broken. The pots and pans are junk, no dry measuring cups or spoons. We had 6 people staying in the unit, there are enough bath towels for 8 people so we were doing laundry every day. Not something I want to do on vacation! The manager at Coastal properties was great and offered to have the unit cleaned again. I would not stay at this unit again or recommend anyone to it. Staying in this unit was the worst part of our vacation!

* Kitchen microwave was very difficult to use. Sounds petty, but I 've owned or operated dozens+++ microwaves in the past, done were as difficult to operated as this one.
