Great location, not over crowded but walking distance to plenty.

Wonderful family vacation with plenty of room for everyone. Loved having two living room spaces. Wonderful large master BR & BA. Very convenient location. Great service from Coastal Properties! Will definitely rent again!!

It was great! Clean condo and we loved the pool. Great access to the beach and centrally located. Only complaint is elevators seemed rickety and only two parking passes was inconvenient for our three families that drove separately.

We always enjoy our stays at Sunswept. Sherri & the staff do a great job of making us feel welcome & the accommodations are perfect for our family.

This unit was everything we desired it was perfection! It was very clean, great views and accommodated our family well. Check in process was easy which was nice. We will rent here again.

Except for 2021, we stayed at SunSwept every winter since 2013. The location across the street from a small Walmart with restaurants, shops, and other amenities in easy walking distance makes SunSwept a great location. Naturally, the upfront view of the Gulf Beach is the best. In recent years this 50-year old 9-story condo building has been significantly refurbished and looks great! Management has been very friendly and helpful. Having 28 miles of paved trails in Gulf State Park makes staying here very attractive for walking and biking. Nothing we’ve seen can compare to this gem. Will do it again next year.

We reserved this condo for spring break 2023. We had 4 adults and 1 child. The condo had plenty of space for all of us to gather and be separated if we wanted. The master bedroom, bedroom and bathroom(s) upstairs were great. Kitchen appliances are nice and upgraded. Some of the issues we had were the TV remotes were complicated to use and maybe the batteries were dead. The gate(s) to and from the beach/pool area seemed a bit much to us but may be a safety issue, also the no restroom in the pool area for public use was frustrating (elevators worked great). Finally, the stairs in the condo are absolutely a problem, they move when you walk on them and are a challenge going up and down them.

The employees are absolutely great and went out of the way to make sure we were satisfied with our stay and we truly appreciate that.

Besides the excellent weather we had since January 1, we also enjoyed again our usual unit, but we were delighted with the new cabinets and countertops. The overall appearance on the exterior and common areas of Sunswept were a pleasant surprise.

The property manager was very courteous and helpful. The property was clean and spacious. It has a wonderful view and is very conveniently located to shops and restaurants. I would gladly recommend this property. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo. Nice location. Was a perfect for our family of 6.
Only downside was the spiral staircase to the upstairs bedrooms is a little shaky. Other than that everything was perfect.

This might have been one of my favorite condos as far as the way it was set up with the rooms/living spaces. That being said, the spiral staircase is very creaky( not a huge deal but be careful). Our biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness. It is an older condo, but had a very musty smell. The laundry machine(don’t use unless you want your clothes to smell sour).. next to the toilet was a scrubber with old brown water in the holder. There were crumbs/hairs scattered throughout. It needs an overhaul of a serious deep clean. The last thing I can think of is the extremely dangerous bathtub upstairs. If you use the jets, DO NOT put your head under water. The suction from them could easily drown a child if their head/hair got stuck up against. All of these things are unfortunate considering how much we liked everything else. Good pool, short beach walk.

Staff could use some better customer service. We've been coming for 25 years and they were very rude. Beautiful location but unit could have been cleaned better. They were also doing construction while we were there by the pool and were not notified.

Location was great great. Great beach with lots of wildlife A Huge deep pool and so many Chef driven restaurant’s...people where great! So much too do (activities). The condo could use some care. The roof top is only good for smokers. I still rate the overall experience a 10. Condo a 8, stairs, towels and furniture need to be updated.

This place is better in person than the pictures show, you can tell the owners care a lot and have lots of books and games for all ages. We had some maintenance issues but all in all it was a great stay!

We had the most amazing time here. The condo was amazing. Can't wait to go back next year and stay in the same condo again.

Words cannot describe my frustration with my experience at this property. First, I do want to say that the condo is updated, the beds were very comfortable, I really appreciated the walk in showers, new kitchen and washer/dryer. The condo itself was comfortable and the property manager was available and empathetic, BUT, my vacation was truly ruined by hydraulic machinery that started at 8 a.m. on the balcony and continued for 3 days. Apparently a miscommunication between the property manager, the property owners group and renovation company. I could not use the balcony and we had to move around both balcony's furniture that was moved into the living room and bedroom. I could have lived with not having a balcony, but I couldn't live with the awful jackhammering all day long. We could not hear - we were yellowing to be heard over the hydraulic grinders and chipping... jack-hammering the tiles off the patio and then grinding the old concrete away. The wi-fi was awful too. Multiple times we tried to unplug and re-plug in the rotor, but devices couldn't get wi-fi and we were without TV service a lot due to the weak wifi. Also, the spindle staircase takes you to the master and third bedroom. I figured out to go outside and use the rooftop exit to get luggage up and down, but it's creaky and not that easy to get up and down. My goal was to have a relaxing beach vacation, but I felt like I was living in a war zone. While the property manager was super understanding and helpful, she apparently was unable to make them stop as the work agreement was between the contractors and owners group ... neither of whom seemed to care. These kinds of poor logistics and scheduling are unacceptable.

We loved our condo! The condo was nice and plenty of room for 6 of us. The view was fantastic! The pool and beach were both nice and never too crowded. We were able to walk to a few restaurant too. Close to a lot of activities.

Sunswept was a great week and centrally located to just about everything. Staff was super friendly and our stay was fantastic. I would like to have seen more cleaning going on around the pool area with the current virus going around.

The condo was great, giving us ample room and great views down the beach. We had a wonderful experience with our stay. It had a great location being near all the best restaurants and close to the main thoroughfare to the shops. The beach access and pool were superb. We will definitely be staying in this condo again in the future.

This was perfect for our family. Everyone slept well - the beds were more comfortable than most rentals. The two stories with views of the ocean were wonderful! We did not want to leave. I highly recommend.

Upon arrival, the condo seemed to be nice and well kept. Until the first night. There were pieces of glass that we actually found in carpets and the hard floor throughout the week. My mom stepped on a piece and cut her foot so bad. That was in the living area. My grandparents had tons of glass under their dresser in the bedroom downstairs. We had to keep vacuuming and sweeping it. The kitchen dishes that were put away had dried food all in the pots and pans. The blender was also extremely corroded with dried food. :(
As far as the building itself, there are no bathrooms by the pool so we had to go back to our room every time we needed to use the bathroom. With two small kids that was irritating. The drink machines never worked the whole week. If your interested in a gym there isn’t one.
The beach of course was fantastic and the weather was great. A positive about this condo was the shower in the master bedroom was awesome and they offered books and games for kids. Walmart is across the street and would be a great walk but the traffic on the road in front is nuts so I wouldn’t recommend walking. Overall, we made it work and had a fun time but I don’t know that we’d stay at this condo again. Wasn’t the cleanest and the glass was ridiculous.

We had a great stay (5 nights), staff was helpful and friendly, very clean rooms, pictures really don’t the condo justice. I would suggest taking some better photos. The beach view was amazing! Pool was well kept. Loved the location so close to everything. We will be booking again next year!

Returning this year, we were very happy to see the new light fixture above the dining area table, and also the new furniture (sofa, chairs, patio table&chairs). The only concern is the stains on the ceilings upstairs and down that indicate incipient trouble with leakage. For the owners’ sake, I hope this gets resolved permanently and soon. All appliances worked, except the toaster that was replaced immediately. Suggest mounting the hooks on the wall in the kitchen more securely. We liked the new door locks. One of the main elevators was literally and figuratively “shaky,” and visits from the elevator maintenance folks has not solved this.

Condo was great had everything we needed. Beach was beautiful. Weather and view was great. Only problem is that the beach is public not private for the condo. Be sure to either rent chairs or get out early to get a good spot on the beach.

Overall it was a very nice condo and we had a great vacation. Very spacious and nice furnishings. It was probably the nicest we have stayed in and certainly the largest. I think the rooftop deck is a gem that could really set this condo apart if just a little money was put into it. It is a an eye sore as it sits now. The elevators broke down several times while we were staying but thankfully we never got stuck. Lastly, the city of Orange Beach made a huge mistake installing mediums on the highway. It drastically increased traffic and a visitors ability to easily get around. No idea what they were thinking.....

This condo had plenty of space for 5 people. We stayed over Thanksgiving and were pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked with utensils, cookware, etc. Great central location.

This condo had a lot of space, excellent view and very handy to grocery stores. The only problem was how difficult it was to enter/exit now that the streets have curbs.

Lovely place right on the beach! Fantastic, kind staff. We loved not having to drive anywhere because stores and restaurants are RIGHT THERE. We wished with all our hearts for a poolside bathroom.

The condo is awesome. The rooms are large and the master bath is huge. There needs to be a light in the upstairs shower area, but the views are beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked also.

Was disappointed in how dirty the place was. I spent two days cleaning, mopping the floor (feet were black on bottom if walked barefoot/socks the same). Cobwebs on some of the lamps. TV kept going out.Some electric outlets were not tight in wall, had to be very careful when unplugging item. Could use some couch updating, very uncomfortable. Did like that they redid the two guestroom bathrooms. Really like the Master bathroom. Had adequate towel supply; also great on kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc., etc. This was our second year here at Sunswept, but we decided to stay at Summer House next year (they have indoor pool, exercise room, sauna, etc.) Got a 3 bedroom on one floor.

We love the location. Was disappointed in cleanliness. Some mold in bathroom, cobwebs on lamps, white socks turned black from walking on floors. I wiped down all mopboards, mopped the floors, washed the comforters,blankets and the removable throw pillow covers. We have been here since Jan. 1 and leave on March 1. After a heavy rain,the kitchen ceiling had a leak and was dripping on the counter and we reported it to the office. We figure it was likely from roof area, as upstairs not over this area.Handle on kitchen stove came off, but we were able to screw it back on ourselves. Really like having "upstairs" and the washer and dryer. Love the location.
The price is acceptable. Appreciate that two showers were updated very nicely with tiles since we were here last year in February. The third bathroom already was very nice. The
website picture needs to be updated as there is no recliner. Wish there was a gym here. This location is great with stores across the street and restaurants near by. Likely back next year again and hoping it is cleaner when we arrive.

The condo was lovely and just as pictured. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The view was spectacular. Would definitely recommend this property.

This condo was great. I have two grown children with families of there own. This condo offered everyone privacy and a family friendly kitchen and living room. I would recommend this condo to anyone who need space for privacy while offering space for family time.
