Sunswept 108

I stay here every year the same week.
As always it’s a blast!!

I have talked to multiple people at your company about the master bed and have been assured it was a king bed. I have stayed in this unit multiple times. This is not a king bed; it is a queen bed. Change your listing to reflect that. Measure the bed. The tvs need to be upgraded to smart tvs My daughter had to call the tv company to get the tv on in one of the bedrooms

Location was great. It was so convenient being on the ground floor, no waiting for an elevator, view of the ocean, easy access to the pool and beach. Lots of room and decor was lovely. Quick response to check in questions and very friendly! Would definitely recommend renting Sunswept 108.

The condo was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have more cookware/utensils. Next time we will be more prepared, but would definitely stay at this condo again.

We have stayed here 2 years in a row now. perfect location. pool outside the door, and over looks the ocean. the place is nice but could use some updating. the sliding patio door broke the 1st day we arrived, we went and let the office know and no one ever came to fix it. front door lock was tricky as well.

We have been staying at Sunswept for the past 27 years and have greatly enjoyed the accommodations, the friendly staff (especially Sheri) , and most importantly the awesome view and direct access to the Gulf! Oh did I mention the large pool?

The unit was dirty. The floors were all cracked. The unit smelled. There were nats we couldn’t get rid of them. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty and greasy didn’t look like they had been washed just rinsed off and placed in the cabinets. The refrigerator was rusted in the whole side. The washer has to be repaired almost caught on fire. It took forever to dry a load of clothes. The other parties would grab up the chairs and head to the beach and never come back till later in the day. Smoking outside at the pool next to our condo and we couldn’t go out with the smell. There was cigarette butts on the ground and our little one kept picking them up which was disgusting.

Great location! Corner unit with direct access to the pool and beach! Comfortable condo with great mattresses. All the amenities you will need. Lovely grounds and friendly staff.

Nice location, we have stayed in Sun swept for the last 4 years. Loved this place right on the ground floor right next to the pool. Clean, nice and close to everything.

It was very convenient staying in this unit! We really enjoyed the extra room in the unit. It was decorated very cute and included everything we needed!

We enjoyed our stay and the location. It wasn't as well stocked as other condos we have stayed in, but all in all we had an amazing time.

As always we enjoyed our stay at Sunswept we always attempt to stay in 108 ground floor walk out patio right to the pool and beach access really like this unit.

As always this was a wonderful, relaxing experience. We will return every year.

We loved the location of this ground floor condo, as it was convenient to multiple attractions. It was very comfortable. The housekeeping was terrible and we had to request that the floors be mopped again after we checked in. Otherwise, it was clean.

The overall location is great and the unit was clean. However, the unit could use some major updates, such as the fridge in the kitchen and some nicer pots and pans. The drier in the unit also took way too long to dry any clothes. It would also be nice to have more than one little pack of dishwasher and laundry detergent and one roll of paper towels and toilet paper since most guests will stay longer than a few days.

As in times before, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit will attempt to stay in 108 next trip. We did note some things that needed attention in which I turned in as we departed but it didnt in anyway dampen our vacation.

The condo was an affordable option along Orange Beach which turned out to be nicer than I had expected. The unit is a little older but certainly not in poor condition. It could use some better furniture and some basic maintenance but overall led to an accommodating stay. Beach access couldnt be better.

We have stayed in the unit before a LONG time ago. Probably would not stay in the particular unit again.
Pros- The ground level by the pool & beach access is perfect! Parking is easy. Very convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. Kitchen is equipped with most of the essentials.
Cons- Unit is VERY outdated! There were bugs & fruit flies in the kitchen the whole time we were there. Although the beds were comfortable, on the last night we discovered bugs in one of the bedrooms (in the bed) NOT GOOD! TV’s did not work, there were a lot of DVD’s to watch but the DVD players did not work. Refrigerator was working but the bottom shelf was a piece of plywood that was cut to size, that was weird. The sliding door was always jammed up, needs to be replaced or fixed. The fire extinguisher cabinet right outside of the entry door would not stay closed, so we kept running into it.
We had a great vacay, but there could been less disappointment with this unit.

Beach was not crowded. Pool family friendly. Staff went above expectations to ensure we got everything we needed for our stay. Very clean. Perfect view. Nicely stocked. Only thing that went wrong is I should have booked a longer stay was NOT ready to leave.

We are a family of 6. Two toddlers a teenager and disable immunocompromised grandfather. EVERYONE had a marvelous time. WILL book again. For a longer stay of course!

Rooms were filled with fruit flies then we discovered roaches in the bathroom.
Exterminator came but needed to come a second time because we still had roaches and fruiit flies ad to that one of the bathrooms had a faucet you couldn't shut off. Also better cleaning needed we should have not been charged a cleaning fee. Would never rent this room again.

We have stayed at Sunswept many times and it nevers disapoints. Our room was very clean and the staff is always friendly.

The staff was great. Very good location. The unit could use some updates. Better kitchen supplies are needed. Especially the refrigerator. But other than that we had a good time and would recommend. Thanks.

Condo is a great size with 3b3b. 1st floor access was ideal with ease to the pool and beach from patio door. 10 steps and your in the pool. 50 steps and you’re on the sand.

Great location. Steps away from the pool with a great view of the beach, which is also steps away. Condo had plenty of seating room. No king size bed in the unit, rather two queens along with twin beds in the third bedroom. Had a slight issue with the AC which was taken care of immediately when reported to the management.

Empty drink bottles under the bed , floors sticky in kitchen and living room area and a moldy smell plus cockroaches. Not what this complex is known for but certainly cleaning must be addressed. Also while we are clearly aware of the check in time, we were not allowed in for at least an hour over that published time. Given we have been customers for 20+ years this should never have happened. Ice maker was broken in fridge. It was fixed but this should have been addressed prior to our arrival. Tv box was broken in one room, reported on Tuesday and was never replaced. Unit 108

We love staying at Sunswept and in the same condo each year. The staff is always kind and helpful!!!

This is the 3rd or 4th year we've stayed here. We absolutely love it! So convenient to grocery stores and shopping local. The staff is very pleasant to work with. We love Mrs. Sherry! The condo is super cute and always clean upon arrival. We would recommend to everyone.

it was good overall. Cheaper end so I guess you get what you pay for. none of the rooms had lights only lamps. Very outdated nothing modern are up to date. But like I said it was on the cheaper end and my family still had a great time.

Rm 108 was the perfect location. We will be coming back and staying there again! It's the perfect access point for parking, the pool, and the beach and is a nice corner suite. The inside is clean and was very comfortable

We love the location and the office if very helpful and a delight to work with. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are nice. Kitchen is well equipped. My only complaint is wicker furniture is very uncomfortable. Would give my eyeteeth for a padded chair or recliner.

The accommodations worked very well for my family.

We enjoyed the condos. It was extremely nice to be able to walk straight out to the pool and are the beach. (We had a 1st floor room).

This unit has everything you would need for your stay! The beds are comfortable, the furniture is comfortable! Kitchen is suited for cooking, if that's your thing! We mostly eat out.
All is good in 108!!!

We absolutely love going to Gulf Shores. This year was the first time staying in Room 108, and I loved it! It wasn't like staying in just a rental property, it felt like home. It was decorated so cute, even had family photos through out the condo which I loved. We have already rented it again for next year.

Overall I would rate a 4. Everything was great with the exception of the beds. They were not very comfortable. Also the dryer after running a few minutes starts making a loud noise.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at Sunswept which is conveniently located on the beach in close proximity to grocery and other shopping needs. Ground floor Unit extremely well equipped with gated patio access to the pool area. Highly recommended!

Perfect location across the street from Walmart and Winn Dixie.3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms. First floor walk out to pool and beach very convenient. Cheerfull beautiful furnishings. Fun Condo

I have been coming to Sunswept for the past 15 years. I found unit 108 about 8 years ago and it is fabulous. Bottom floor corner unit which leads out to the pool. We love the fact that we do not have to take the elevator. It is very clean and not near as crowded as the more popular condos. Our favorite eating spots are Tacky Jacks, Another Broken Egg, Cosmos and of course Lulu's and Hangout in Gulf Shores. Sunswept is in the perfect location! I won't stay anywhere else!
