The rental was spacious and clean and located in a very nice and convenient area.

Our rental was clean, had a great view and was close to places to get essentials. If you are looking for a no frills condo with a great view then you’ve found your place. This condo complex doesn’t have much as far as amenities go though. We had a maintenance issue in one of the bathrooms that was resolved quickly. Management company was very easy to work with and responsive.

Sheets did not fit bed. Keep coming off corner of mattress during the night.

As always we had a great time we missed our usual unit 108 but we waited too late. this unit was excellent and we got to see the ocean from above which my granddaughter wanted. Unit was well kept and just what we needed. Only negatives were just one of the tables at the pool had an umbrella the other three did not and the condo balcony floor was very dirty and needs a good cleaning.....we will be back

Good news-The view from the unit-The many channels available on the television, and the employees who worked in the office during the week.
Bad news-Unit 703 is run-down and needs many items replaced. The homeowner obviously does not care how the unit is maintained. A few examples are: The popcorn ceiling is coming off throughout the unit, the trim is old and beat-up, the tile is broken and has large gaps, the cabinets were “upgraded” by using a white stick-on covering (that is coming apart). This unit is in worse shape than a one-star hotel. The pictures online do not tell the story.

Lastly, two pipes broke above and next to the unit. We had a floor fan running in the bathroom to dry the wet wall and ceiling.

We are return clients for Sunswept. This unit was clean but could use a few updates. Beds were comfortable, and unit looked to be freshly painted. Ceiling fans worked but blades slightly warped couch cushions needs to be restuffed
But overall it was a nice clean condo.

Experience went well with the booking checking in and all was good. Property is good Unit is a little dated some lights didn't work TV's could be bigger.

First of all the Sunswept is one of our preferred places to stay.We only had one problem with this condo. The AC would not cool properly. There is definitely something not working properly. We did not report it because we didn't have time. This was a trip to see my son get married on the beach so we were basically only there to sleep. It was never completely cool and the unit ran almost constantly. The humidity in the condo was terrible. The floors were damp and the refrigerator had condensation on the door. The condo was clean with the exception of the floor which was sandy and when using a towel on the floor to wipe condensation it was pretty dirty. Sheets were nice and crisp. No problems with check in. Appliances are nice. Balcony is awesome!. We would stay here again if the AC is working better.Iintend to call the office and let them know so future guests won't have the same problem. We would stay in this unit again if the AC worked better. Otherwise we will definitely stay in a different unit here.

Everything we're great

It was functional for the most part. We had to replace a few lightbulbs and the ceiling fan had seen better days but it served the purpose for what we needed. Needs redecorating.

It was a nice condo. Beautiful view! Nice and secure! Check in staff was amazing! Loved the paper work that gave so much Information on dos and don’ts. Great carts to get bags up and down elevators nice sized. Great vacation had by all. Only thing I would have preferred would have been a few more cleaning supplies added but besides that all was well!

We have had several vacations in Orange Beach. This was our first time at Sun Swept. The condo was spacious and well-stocked. Everything in working order, with exception of a couple lightbulbs. Great balcony. Great full-sized pool. Easy beach access. Coastal Properties staff was helpful by phone with check-in information. Would definitely stay here again.

The view from the deck was great. The unit was nicely furnished. The unit could use updating. The vents are rusty, the countertops are old, and the paint peeling on door frames gave the unit an unclean feeling.
Since Sunswept condo is a low density complex, no long wait for elevators. Due to Covid, the pool was limited to ten people at a time. So we enjoyed time on the beach.

The condo was just as pictured. Many little things that needed maintenance attention...such as rusty vents, gap in floor tile in bathroom where water pooled from shower, kitchen backsplash unsecured and had a qtr inch gap between that and counter top. Just needed TLC

Overall our experience was very positive. We have stayed at Sunswept before and like the close location to the beach and pool. The staff was courteous. The unit could use some upgrades (the yellow paint needs to go :-), but it satisfied our needs. Beds were comfortable and patio furniture was good. Lighting in the kitchen was an issue and taken care off in a couple days. We will no doubt use Sunswept in the future - the price is right. I don't know why the city made it so difficult to access beach properties, but that was really a minus for Sunswept.

The unit was clean but needs to be updated. The refrigerator had rust on the door, the ironing board cover really needs to be replaced, and I had to call maintenance because the air conditioner was leaking water on the floor. I will say at they fixed the problem very quickly. The view was beautiful.

Very nice visit, the best thing about room was the view. A little disappointed in 1980s furniture, an missing a skillet in kitchen, an front of refrigerator was rusted. Will definitely stay again, just different room.

We loved our view from the 7th floor. Everything was clean. I especially appreciated the fan that was in the room since I forgot to pack my noise maker. Having a Walmart and a Dollar General across the street was very nice. The manager was super nice when we called to make a reservation for the room. The only problem was the plugs in both bathrooms quit working and there was no reset button. We reported it but they didn't fix it before we left. I would recommend Sunswept to our friends.

Room was average.

The overall condo was o.k. We had some problems with the shower drain in the front bathroom. Needs to be cleaned out - would not drain properly during shower. In the kitchen, some of our food melted (chocolate) due to heat from the air conditioning unit which is under the cabinet. Also, bread was ruined because it became hard as a rock from the heat. Pots and pans in the kitchen are in terrible shape. I was reluctant to cook out of them due to all the scrapes etc. The Condo facility itself was fine. I have stayed in other condos at Sunswept but will never stay in this one again.
