Sunswept 407

This 4th floor 2 bedroom balcony was perfect for us. The abundance of decor was nice, the updated master bath shower was great. Bed/mattress was ok. Kitchen had an adequate supply of everything needed. Nice flooring, and large kitchen table. Property was excellently maintained. We watched as each morning the pool was cleaned and checked for chemicals, lawn was immaculate, outdoor shower area was clean, and elevators were Lysoled daily. Easy access to the beach, to grocery store, and restaurants. Bring your own bathroom tissue, a couple trash bags, and tissues. Smaller, older building but you won't be disappointed with this unit.

I’ve been staying at this property for 30 years and have always been pleased with any room we’ve booked. The location is perfect with Walmart across the road. Staff was very friendly. There were problems with the elevators, but one was working when we checked out. One of the bathrooms needs an upgrade. However, I must say whomever did the decorative pieces in 407 has very good taste. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I will definitely go back.

Sunswept Condominium is my home away from home. My daughter and I love the location and the pool area. It is so big with plenty of chairs and space to spread out. We will continue to rent at Sunswept for our annual mother/daughter beach trip celebrating the 4th of July with our beach friends.

Condo was perfect, price was very reasonable the property was well maintained and the staff were very helpful, definitely would recommend this to my friends and family!

Have now stayed at this condo building twice now (2 different units), and it has been an absolute pleasure each time! Great location, super close to beach, great pool, etc. Love it here! Maintenance and office staff are both very nice and helpful. Ended up extending stay last minute for an extra day, and it was lovely!

My daughter and I have rented this same unit once a year since 2017. This 2 bed, 2 bath unit is perfect for us. The unit was very clean and comfortable. I do wish the bath towels and washclothes could get an upgrade. Bigger and softer would be nice. The office staff was very friendly and helpful.

The condo was clean, well decorated, and just right for our family of 4. It’s located conveniently across from Walmart and Rouses. We loved our stay.

We loved our condo,it was exactly what it showed on the website. The whole complex is very nice. Staff was always very friendly. This was our 2nd time there with a group of about 12 different couples and everything was great! Be back next year!

The Sunswept building has been painted since last year and the building is getting new doors on all the units. Sunswept will look much nicer.

We loved our condo, it was clean, ocean view, very short distance to ocean. Walmart was walking distance. Had everything we needed. We loved it!!

We stayed at Sun Swept 407 for a family vacation and all of us were very happy with the place. Overall the unit was clean and decorated nicely with a beach theme. The beds were comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. There is a large table for dining and a kitchen with pretty much anything you would need if you want to cook. Also has a washer and dryer in the unit. The location is great and anything you need is within walking distance. Decent size balcony with nice table and chairs for morning coffee & evening
relaxation. Clean pool & Excellent views of the Gulf & pool area. Very close to the beach. Has on-site security. The building does seem to be older and could use some exterior updating which looked like some was being done while we were there. Overall nice place and we would stay here again.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this unit. I was happy to see some things were repaired and “tended” to. One of my complaints was that there were not enough towels/wash cloths and no hand towels. This year, the towels didn’t change but they did add 2 hand towels. However, there were no hot pads.
This unit is great in proximity to the pool and beach. We are able to allow our tweens to go to pool and we can see them from the balcony. I also felt comfortable allowing them to visit the pool in short spurts bc it’s so close to the beach. We love the condo location. It’s right across from Walmart and Publix is just down the road.
The unit was clean and we had no issues at all.

My son and I stayed here on our way to drop him off at Fort Hood, TX. From the moment we pulled up to building we were feeling disappointed. The areas near the elevators were very dirty. The condo had a rusted front door which needed to be sanded down and painted. When you open the door you are met with a damp odor. The couches were old and needed updated. Windows had no screens and wouldn’t stay open if they did. Mattress needed replaced. We left a day early because we just didn’t feel comfortable or clean here. Very disappointed!

Great view and clean condo but not happy they did not tell us the balcony would not be available during the day because of painters outside. Warning and/or compensation would have been appropriate.

The condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. The shower in the master bath was wonderful! The convenience to the beach was exactly what we wanted. Groceries and restaurants within walking distance. The only drawback for our month stay in January was all the construction work. First 10 days roof construction that started before 8am and lasted well past 6pm. After that was finished, several other condos were remodeling. Some would work/drill past 9:40pm, not being thoughtful to their neighbors. The leasing office was closed most of our stay. Due to illness of staff and lack of staff. We would definitely rent here again - same condo #407

Overall the stay was great

Very clean place with plenty of room.nice people all around but the best part by far was the incredible view.

I believe the hurricane clean up in this condo has not been done. Lots of mold on walls and ceiling fans.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a nice size balcony directly on the water. Location was perfect Proximity to restaurants and activities. Direct beach access via a boardwalk. The pool was great size and always clean. The unit itself as well as the surrounding areas of the condo were very clean. My family and I felt safe here and had a wonderful time. We will absolutely stay here again in the future.

Condo is in great location and a good sized building. Condo was quiet but bugs in the kitchen and master bath had an uneven floor causing me to fall.

Condo was clean and provided everything we needed. I would not rent this unit again until repairs are made to the master bath. There is a step up to the toilet and tub that is rather high. The tile is cracked along the edge of the step and I cut my foot twice! The cuts were very deep like being cut by a knife. I took pictures and showed the management company. Also the tub is deeper than the floor and almost busted my tail falling into the tub for a shower. VERY dangerous! Also the master bedroom did NOT have a dresser to put any of your clothes in. It had a TV stand with shelves and three tiny drawers not sufficient for anything longer than an overnight stay. We lived out of our suitcases on the floor for our four night stay. Also there were three hangers in the entire unit.
Personally, we will not rent again.

We have been staying at the complex over 25 years. This is by far our worst accommodations. The master bath was old and outdated with a whirlpool tub. Many lightbulbs were burned out, including in the oven and microwave light for above the stove. The tile was chipped in the kitchen and the sink faucet barely would even work. We took the screen off of the faucet and cleaned it so the water would come out. Just so disappointed and will not ever rent this condo again. On a lighter note, the weather was absolutely beautiful!!

The booking process was so quick and easy. The lady accommodated my request for arrival the same day without a problem. We enjoyed the balcony, the unit was exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.

We love Sunswept, and this has been our favorite room that we have stayed in. We loved the decor and having two king-sized beds. The room is very comfortable, and we will definitely be staying in this room our next trip to Orange Beach.

Pleasant. We could never get TV in second bedroom to work. The oven door did not shut well. Front door was hard to walk from the outside deadbolt. Overall very clean and comfortable. Plenty of utensils in kitchen to use. Thank you

After staying in a condo that was owned by my grandma for almost 20 years, this was a great condo to stay in. It had everything we needed for the week and was very cozy. I loved the furniture and decorations as well.

It was a comfortable property. The beds were comfortable which is important to me. There were no blow driers in the unit which caught us without one so we had to go to the WalMart, which is conveniently across the street. Other than that, it was a nice home away from home.

Excellent!!!! My mother is 87 years old and a retired teacher with credit of 36 years. She first started teaching in a one room schoolhouse. My mother and father always had to work and pay bills and always took care of other people to include our family and never had the money to take a vacation. My father passed away in 1989 and momma still lives on the family farm, I tell everyone she is my farm manager. Her one request was to see the ocean before she passes away. My wife, brother and I decided it was time to make her wish come true. Upon her first sight of the ocean when we arrived overwhelmed her. During our time there we visited several places, but she had the most joy picking up shells on the beach and just watching the ocean from the balcony. The room we had was excellent and very clean and neat and was exactly where we had been told. I had requested a room not to high and where she could see the ocean. The staff was excellent when I made the reservations and also while we were there. We all really enjoyed the quality time with momma and each other. We hopefully will be back with momma next year. Thank you all for working with us to make mommas trip memorable.

The unit was nice but the floors and carpet were filthy. We had a baby and she was crawling, I couldn't believe the dirt she picked up. The beds and bedding were very nice and comfortable. The furningshings were perfect for the space and location. The kitchen was
