Sunswept 305

Room was good. Only issue was that there was a plastic mattress cover on bed and every time you moved, the fitted sheet came off the bed. Totally annoying. Would get up in the night just to fix the sheets

Overall a very good experience. Clean, great location . Very close to the beach. The only complaint I have is the living room tv is too small for the size of the room.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME IN A NICE CONDO ON THE BEACH. BEAUTIFUL VIEW PERFECT WEATHER. NO CROWDS. STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP US. WILL GO AGAIN.

After several years of lodging nearby, we decided to try a different venue. The condo was acceptable as were other past ones. What ranked Sunswept ahead of nearby condos was the daily cleaning of pool, walkways, outside surfaces, etc., and responsiveness of staff.

Cute little unit, could use some updating, but it was very clean. Bed was comfortable, the view was fantastic. A great little condo building with ample parking.

This condo and suns wept building in whole is wonderful. Close to beach , pool, ...but condo was great for the 2 of us. Everything we needed. Grocery stores are across the street. While our stay got to enjoy Mardi Gras and Valentine Day holidys.Great place!!!

The rental was in a great location. Very convenient, easy beach access,I will definitely be back.The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Condo was very clean. Kiddie toilet in Mstr. Bath...not good!! Sheets need replacing on a regular basis.

We really enjoyed this condo! Great price with awesome views of beautiful gulf shores! I would highly recommend staying here.

The quality of this condo (305) was MUCH LESS than all the ones we have had there in the previous 8 years. Other than the conditions in this unit, we had a pleasant time there. The staff was excellent & always helpful.

The building looked as if was recently painted and is in a great location. All the condos are beach front. This condo needs some serious updating. the furniture is old & some of the dining chairs seats are dirty. The ceiling fans are very dusty. the bathroom commodes are kiddie size & very low to the floor. The bedroom TV had to be replaced, the old Tv wouldn't work. The shower drain was clogged with hair & had to be unclogged. A wall in the hallway & the bedroom looked to have been repaired & they were partially painted a different color than the rest of the walls. The bedroom curtains were dirty.
The property managers were fine & did what they could do to rectify some of the problems.
I would not recommend any of my family or friends to stay in condo 305 Sunwept.

We had a great stay. The unit was conveniently located near the elevator which we appreciated. The unit was also clean and tidy with a great view of the beach. Only a few minor things that need to be tended to....pealing ceiling over bathtub due to water damage, slow bathtub drain and missing light fixture cover in kitchen. Great stay!!

This place was very disappointing texture falling off ceiling , holes in walls,couch was broken down and nasty as was all the furniture. Water stands onbthe balcony in front of the door. But hey the beach was great.

All was great except for dirty floors.

Enjoyed my time here very much. Stayed for a week and the room had everything I was needing. View was terrific, building was quiet, beach access good. The bathroom sink drained slow but that was a minor flaw to me. I recommend this location.

Was well pleased overall , furniture somewhat old but I can live with that. Location was very close to shopping, restaurants, other activities. Short walk to the beach where we spent a lot of time. Great view from our balcony.

We have stayed at the Sunswept almost every year for 30 years and love the office staff and location. Room 305 however did present some challenges. Many light bulbs missing and we had to wash all the dishes that we used because they were put up dirty.

Family an I had a great time,but needs to be updated hardly got an sleep cause the bed was very out of date just uncomfortable. Also the bedroom had mold on the ceiling where it was rotted.

The location of this property is fantastic, right on the beach with a pool in between. Can't get much better than that. :)

Also, there were toenail clippings on the outside balcony.

One bedroom unit was satisfactory. Good location. Light fixtures not in good working order. Bed not comfortable. spent entire day getting tv replaced.

The rental property was very clean and well taken care of. The location of the property was wonderful, easy access to stores and beach. It would have been nice to have access to renting movies on the TV or option to play movies (DVD player), we tried to rent as it looked like that option was available as we could preview movies, but it would not allow us to rent. Lots of channels available, but nothing to watch at night. It is a great place for a family get-away. I would recommend this property.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The floors had not been cleaned which meant your feet and/or socks were black with dirt. The half bath had not been swept. The refrigerator ice machine leaked into the freezer and the refrigerator below. The bedspread was put on sideways which tells me the cleaning staff were not very efficient or caring about the condition in which they left the room. We were constantly vacuuming the floor to keep the sand and dirt up which is to be expected but not the ground in dirt. On our way home we received a call about the bedroom tv having a broken stand. We did not even use the bedroom tv and we left it exactly the way we found it. They stated that the tv stand had not been reported as broken before we came so we must have broken it. That is not the case. I hope we are not charged for something we did not do. The kitchen was sparsely equipped and we had to buy things. Compared to the place we stayed the week before at Madeira Beach we were very disappointed and will not be returning to SunSwept.

Lots to love about this condo and building. Centrally located. Right on the beach. Loved the pool. This unit was clean. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Our only complaint was the couch. It was very uncomfortable - narrow and the cushions were worn down. My husband likes to relax and watch tv. Between the small TV and the uncomfortable couch, he didn't rest well.

All good, close to pool and beach. Close to shopping and entertainment. Loved the place. Will be back

Best vacation ever, awesome condo, great customer service I recommend this place

Prior to Sally’s arrival we were having a geat time. Management was not around after the hurricane which was a bit of a problem but we were finally able to get ahold of Sherry and she was a great help even though she was dealing with her own damage. A shout out to Sherry!!! Thanks again for your help.

Perfect rental for a couple or small family. Great views, fully furnished with almost everything you need. Would stay here again without hesitation.

We had the best time staying here. The beach was right off our balcony and pool. We loved it!! Def be back again soon!!! Had everything we needed to feel right at home on the beach. I can't say enough for how much fun we had and how much we enjoyed it. Highly recommend it!!!

We have stayed at Sunswept since 2008. We like the location, and that it has one bedroom units, as it is just my husband and me. It is clean and for the most part well maintained, however some of the units could definitely use some updating. All units should include a lounger and not just a table and chairs, otherwise there is not a comfortable place to sit on the balcony. The kitchen in unit #305 was not very well appointed. We don't eat in often, but there was not adequate equipment if you wanted to cook and eat in the unit.

Best location on Orange Beach

Thecondo was was was very well furnished and equipped with everything that you would need. Loved the outside furniture and the view was amazing. The condo was the cleanest condo that we have ever stayed in. We can't wait to come back next year. Thank you Bill and Wanda kreutzer from Greenback Tennessee.

We have stayed at Sunswept for many years with members of our family. My husband and I like the fact that they have one bedroom units as usually there is just the two of us. Several complexes only have 2 or 3 bedrooms. This was the first time we have stayed in #305. It wasn't our favorite but adequate. The patio furniture was not very good. The table looked very dirty and I did not want to eat on it. I also like to lay on a lounge and read, but there was only chairs. The unit was clean and nicely furnished. I do think it would be nice to have a few more towels so you don't have to wash them so often. The TV was somewhat difficult to operate, and it would be helpful if there were some directions. We also were totally unimpressed with the new road configuration, which I am sure Sunswept had no input on. However, this being said we love Sunswept and will more than likely return in the future.

It was great! Grounds and Condo excellent.

We came to participate in a beach wedding. SunSwept was recommended to us by a friend. We loved waking up every morning to a wonderful view of the gulf off the balcony! We also enjoyed the quick access to the beach and amenities.

For the last several years we have stayed at Sun Swept- and have been extreemly happy. But this last stay wasn't as pleasant. The bed in the main bedroom was horrible!! Normally y'all have very comfortable beds but this one needs to be removed and changed out. Besides that everything was great!!

We loved our condo.The only problem was the sheets did not fit the bed very well and we would have loved better patio furniture with a table so we could eat outside comfortable.Other than just those few minor things,everything was great. We also loved the fact there was a security guard at night.

The location is ideal. The room was one of the worst I have ever had. The furniture is old. The television in the front room was small and at least 20 years old. The TV in the bedroom was worse. There were not enough towels. Was not impressed

This property is in a good location, but this particular unit had OLD FURNITURE and DECOR--an old OLD couch, no recliner or comfortable chairs. They never heard of HDMI or any electronics past the old videotape player, old DVD and a 13" TV in the Bedroom and maybe a 19" TV in the living room. Slow & unreliable Wi-Fi. Old bed, OLD OLD couch w sagging cushions. TINY toilets--the OLD round kind- maybe a little bigger than a training potty. 1/2 Bath maybe 24" wide--scrapes on both the elbows from that TINY area lol. Countertops in both bathrooms BARELY wide enough for a sink--very little extra room. This unit is on 3rd floor, RIGHT over the pool. Their gate CLANGS shut going in and out--CONSTANT unnecessary noise early morning till late night. Don't stay here unless you are ONLY looking for a place to sleep for a few hours--you will not enjoy your time relaxing inside for sure.
The person who made the reservations was very nice...office person neutral at best. No return trip for us for sure.

Unit was somewhat dated, analog TV's with poor cable reception; sofa couch worn out and no table on balcony just a couple of cheap plastic chairs. We didn't stay in the condo a lot so no biggie ... everything else was great. We will be coming back to Sunswept but will search for a updated condo next time.
