Sunswept 504 is a great place to stay. Location is wonderful. Easy walking to get supplies and to restaurants. Great customer service. Highly recommend Coastal Properties and Sunswept.

Bed was so comfortable, I got 4 good nights of sleeping. Would have loved more bathroom space but was tolerable. Because of our age the toilet in 1/2 bathroom was too low to ground. Everything else was fine. Enjoyed our four days

We had a great time here. The room was great and the staff were very friendly. The view from our condo was beautiful.

We stay in the same condo every year. Never have we had a complaint about loud noises. Always good to see families enjoying their children. After seven years, we've become very familiar with Orange Beach and Gulf Shores.

The condo is a great location. Condo was very clean and the kitchen stocked with everything you need for cooking. The only tad complaint is the mattress on pull out couch. It was very worn and you could feel every spring. It was not comfortable at all. I still give the condo a 5 star rating.

Enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach. This year staying at Sunswept. Great location, across the street from the neighborhood Walmart, just dash across the street for any grocery items you need. The beach location and view are awesome. Condo has everything we needed, it was comfortable and clean. Would defenatly stay again

Sunswept is just steps from the beach. The view is beautiful.Our condo was clean, and many things were provided. It is right across the street from 2 of the 3 grocery stores on the beach. easy driving distance from many attractions, restaurants, and bars.We had a great vacation.

We've stayed in Orange Beach six years now. This year we decided to stay two weeks. Very clean and quiet. The condo had new furniture, which we were happy to see. We've stayed in the same condo for six years. Lord willing, we'll stay here next year too.

It was okay. Smell from the Disposal system or the incoming air. Put lemon down the disposal and it seemed to help. Hardly any storage in the kitchen. Small extra bathroom. Bed was comfortable, but room really small. The remote in the bedroom did not work and unplugged TV so it would shut off. When leaving found out the door would not lock. This was distrubing.

The sliding glass door handle fell off, it didn’t lock so they put a stick behind the door. The arm of the sofa were mildewed, the drains did not drain, the shower water backed up about 4” and became very slippery and I actually fell in the shower. The bedroom ceiling fan sounds as if it’s gonna fall off and the front door won’t lock unless you push it some to get it to lock. The refrigerator comes with instructions not to put all your groceries in at once as it may take 24 hours to cool, so much for a cold drink. To many to list here, better getting a hotel somewhere else, this place is going to ****. Have a nice day❤️

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was clean and conveniently located. It is a bit out of date but served it’s purpose. Condo is on the smaller side. It would be perfect for a couple, but a little too small for a family of four.

Absolutely love Sunswept! Second year there and will continue to go there in the future!

This was my third time staying at SunSwept condo. I did not realize the bedroom was on the front side of the condo area, vs the back as I enjoy listening to the waves at night. We did try to use the sofa bed in order to stay in the living room area - but that mattress needs to be updated as its a little worn. Construction and repainting the building was going on while we were there but it did not interfere with our stay. Good place to stay, we will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunswept Condominiums. Our unit was as advertised, clean and as pictured. We'd definitely stay here again, if we come back to this area.

We received two email communications with conflicting times about checking in, which was not a big deal, but I also received a voicemail the day before saying that I needed to contact the property management company about check-in. I work fulltime, so by the time I got the message and was able to call, I had to leave a voicemail. No return call. Fast forward to the next day. Mind you, I had left several messages hoping someone would call me back. There was a note on the door saying they were closed for the day and to check back in the morning. Well, where were we supposed to stay that night?! Called the emergency number that was posted 3 times, talking to 3 different people and no one was able to help us or get anyone to call us back. A simple email or voicemail with the box code to be able to access our packet would have been great. Got a hotel for the night and went back the next day. Very unprofessional property manager, not taking any responsibility for not actually making contact with us, blaming the emergency number people for not doing their job, and a refusal to give us credit for the previous night. Loved the property and our stay, but we will never use Coastal Properties again.

This condo was perfect for my husband and I to take a quite getaway! I loved having the extra 1/2 bath. The view from the balcony was amazing!

The condo was clean and in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. The unit could use a small update, as other units were being updated when we were there. There was some construction noise from the one above us, but nothing that bothered us.

We arrived to an 85 degree condo with a broken air conditioner and a bathtub issue. It took two maintenance people and several new parts to fix everything. At least we thought it was fixed. When a guest attempted to shower, the gushing water would not turn off! We took turns bailing water as we waited on maintenance again. Although the location is good and the grounds well kept, I won’t book this condo again.

Sun Swept was in a perfect spot. It is very conveniently located. Short driving distances to popular restaurants and of course Floa-Bama. The sand is sugary soft and the area is well maintained. The pool is also well kept and it’s ground area. In our particular condo there were not enough towels—4, hand towels-2 nor wash clothes—4. Nothing at all is furnished so make sure you bring everything. I have stayed in many places and this one was the most sparsely supplied. I’ve
There are not enough hook to hang things and no towel rack in the half bath. Overall, it is a nice place to stay.

The condo was exactly like the picture. It was clean, well decorated, had everything available that we needed. Staff was helpful and kind. The pool area and beach access are well taken care of and stunning! The beach was amazing!

Property is within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and retail. I can confirm the "outdated" sofa mentioned in other reviews has been REPLACED. Owner should update pic. Unit is small but was perfect for a family of 3. Pool was large and never crowded. Older, smaller property overall meant beaches were not as crowded.

We enjoyed our stay in Sunswept unit 504. It was very clean with a well equipped kitchen and a pretty and comfortable den area. Enjoyed dining on the balcony around the table then sleeping like a baby in the comfy king bed. The complex was well maintained with a great pool area and nice beach. Security is good. This is a nice place to stay.

A+ on location and ease in getting to the beach. Condo could be updated some but clean and worth staying there again. Office personal helpful and on the premises.

We had a perfectly lovely stay and we are looking forward to coming back! Our condo was clean and nicely decorated. All our needs were met! Of course, the best part is the beach! It was clean and beautiful! Just down the road is Gulf Shores State Park which has wonderful trails for hiking or biking. We also really enjoyed the Naval Air Museum in Pensacola, FL which is less than an hour away. What I liked the most was Orange Beach isn't overly touristy. Our goal was to relax and that is what we were able to do.

The traffic patterns have changed and it is more difficult to access the Sunswept parking lot. Watch for many new u-turns that have you traveling much further than necessary.

Sun Swept is one of the older condos in OB, but it is very nice. The unit was freshly updated and the view wonderful. The furniture, kitchen, bedroom and baths were up to date. The pool is smaller, but very well kept. The beach was awesome. A couple of small 'cons'. The AC unit is located in a closet in the master, so it's kind of loud. The patio furniture was was not very comfortable, could have used some cushions. Great place for a couple.

The furniture was a little dated, but this is a great condo in a convenient location. A Walmart Market & liquor store are across the road which makes shopping a breeze. We had a great experience and will recommend to friends.

We have been staying at Sunswept for Norwegian 25years and have no plans to make a change. Sunswept offers beachfront condos for affordable prices and the staff is fantastic and who we consider as friends rather than staff. LOVE THESE FOLKS!!!!

The place looked awesome , clean, and I had everything I needed too. I had plenty of towels and I did not have any problems at all, except for one thing, need new frying pans, the large one was scratched up on the inside. Other than that it was fine.

Condo was very nice. Lots of parking and very easy access to beach. Dishwasher did not work.

This was our first trip to orange beach. The condo was okay. Pretty bare minimum. Could be updated in bedroom and shower area.

Fantastic time ! Just came down for a relaxing time and that's exactly what I got. My only complaint is that time past to quickly and I should have stayed longer.

I loved staying at the Sunswept condo. The location is excellent. The property was clean and though the condos could use some updating it was a thoroughly enjoyable place to stay.
