We have stayed at Sunswept for approximately 30 years and absolutely love the helpful staff. Our unit was 15 steps to the pool which was great and it was very clean and nicely decorated.

We love coming to this unit in Orange Beach as this was our 5th trip to the same place. Never a negative thing to say about the staff, ground and accomadarions. We always enjoy our week there. We’ve also met 4 amazing families that we meet during the same week from OK, GA, MI and IL. So we alway look forward to coming down. Thanks!

We have been staying here for our yearly beach trip for several years now.
We try to get the same condo. It is always clean and well kept. Love the ground floor. Not too noisy. The condo is in a great location and convenient to everything. The office staff are always kind, friendly and helpful. This unit is my favorite by far of all the places we’ve ever stayed at the beach. See you next year!

perfect! Excellent condo on ground floor with children.

Very Nice rooms and set up. The noise from the ac units and humidifier could use an upgrade but other than that it was wonderful. beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a good size and had 2 full size bathrooms. Plenty of towels and dishes and utensils.

It was great, we often just stay on the beach and enjoy the sun so don't do much else but the one day it rained and we got to see other aspects of Orange Beach.

My friend and I come south every year. We have stayed at Sunswept three times and have loved it! We will definitely be back.

Pros: Loved the location. Office staff was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was great. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved having a full size washer and dryer.

Cons: The living room furniture was in poor condition. Very worn out and uncomfortable. The unit could use updating. Other than pool cleaning staff, there was minimal staff/security walking around property. The people above us threw tobacco pouches, nut shells, and even a suntan lotion can and a video game disk on the pool side sidewalk. Multiple times a day, we had to sweep the sidewalk so we didn’t have to walk through it.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was immaculate which is my number one priority. The kitchen was well stocked to accommodate meals. The master bed was very comfortable, however, the pillows need to be replaced (my only negative). Access to the beach - perfect! If the pool was heated, it would have been a perfect stay!

This was our 6th year staying here. It is the perfect location. You are right on the beach. Moments from everything you need. Amazing staff and very clean. We'll be back.

The condo was in a great location with plenty of parking. We loved being able to walk out the balcony and right out to the pool or beach! The only complaints we have are the AC unit was very noisy when it kicked on and the tile floor caused the kids feet to be black otherwise we had a nice stay.

The only issue we had was that they were no umbrellas for the tables by the pool. Other than that, this condo was great.

Everything was perfect, room clean, everything was working. Will be going back again next year.

Fabulous vacation destination. Condo unit was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Ocean view was spectacular and very easy access to the beach and the condo pool. The on site property management were extremely helpful and accommodating. SunSwept is just a walk away from grocery stores and fabulous restaurants. So many fun things to do and see for all ages. I would highly recommend this condo rental property. We will be retuning!!!

The property is as described in the listing. Nice beach view for a ground floor unit. Easy access to the pool and beach. Cleanest condo in which we have stayed.

Rental was clean, quiet, and conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores. Will definitely stay here again.

The accommodations were very nice. Being on the first floor we had very easy access to both the pool and the beach. The room was clean and well appointed.

The condo was clean, and neat. The curtain rod in the living room did fall, when the curtains were closed at night. The balls on the end of the rod came off . The complex was clean, and it was centrally location. Overall we would stay in Sunswept again.

Great location with easy access to beach and pool. Property was clean and well maintained. Management was very helpful with any questions we had.

We spent the month of February at Sunswept and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and property management personnel were superb. The weather could have been a bit more cooperative, but our view of the beach helped make even the cold and rainy days bearable.
