You are sure to enjoy this 4th floor premium unit. This is a beautifully decorated, large spacious vacation paradise. There is a nice walk in shower in the master bath suite as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals. You will enjoy the large balcony just off of the dining room and living room. Seaside has 2 ocean front pools, an indoor pool, 2 great grilling areas, tennis courts and a fitness room. Seaside is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just five miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities within one mile. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away. HOSTED BY COASTAL *

We loved the unit we stayed in. Beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Very clean and spacious for our group. We had 8 people and plenty of room to move around. The only thing we wish was better was the televisions were outdated and we had some troubles with them but I was not there to watch tv so it did not bother me.

COASTAL PORPERTIES WAS FRIENDLY AND GREAT TO DEAL WITH
MGR AT CONDO ANOTHER STORY. DOUBLE CHARGED MY SON TO PARK ( ONLY HAD 2 VEHICLES ) AND WOULD NOT REFUND IT.
WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. WAS RUDE TO MY WIFE WHEN SHE CALLED. STILL WORKING ON THIS ISSUE. ITS NOT THE $30 ITS THE ETHICS AND THE WAY THEY ARE DEALING WITH IT. ( HAVE BOTH PASSESS TO PROVE ) MGT AT CONDO VERY INCOMPETENT AND UNFRIENDLY

We loved the cute decor, and the beds were comfy, but that’s where the best part of the room ends. By the end of the first night, my daughter’s feet were black from running around on the floor (and we hadn’t even made it down to the beach yet). The vents in the bathrooms and bedroom had visible mold inside them. Also, the kitchen had very limited items in it. We definitely won’t be staying in this property again.

The 2 large beds were very uncomfortable. The bathroom sink is rusted terribly. This facility needs pool umbrellas!
